Neighborhoods

Walden Lake offers a diverse selection of imaginative homes in 30 established neighborhoods and two apartment complexes ranging in size from 16 homes to 250 homes.  Each neighborhood is incorporated as a Homeowners or Condominium Association and has their own set of Bylaws and Deed Restrictions from which they govern their own neighborhood.   Every neighborhood has an elected volunteer Board of Directors and officers who conduct the day-to-day business of the Association or a contracted Management Company.

The goal of Walden Lake neighborhoods through their HOAs is the sharing in the responsibility of a community that cares by preserving and improving the values and appearance of the community.
