The Association is our "town hall." The friendly, professional staff administers all community maintenance, security and business affairs. It maintains common properties - parks, playgrounds, open spaces, roadways, bike and hiking trails and the lake property; collects assessments and pays expenses. It oversees and enforces the covenants and provides all other administrative functions. Once completed the Association building will provide meeting rooms and resources for all neighborhoods to use as needed as well as individual storage. While the Association administrators manage daily operations, the Board of Directors, comprised of nine volunteer Directors (homeowners); elected by the residents at the annual meeting, plans the future, manages the budget and deals with non-routine matters. The Board is guided by the Association's Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. Nine Directors committees are established to meet periodically, review issues, and make recommendations to the full Board at the monthly meetings.
